IT Administrative Assistant – German speaker

We are a dedicated Microsoft IT service provider located in the vibrant heart of Barcelona. We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Business Assistant who embodies meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

How will your day look like

  • As an IT Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and billing of recurring services to our customers
  • Keeping quality standards, you support project managers and executives in billing, report writing and coordination of various tasks
  • You manage the incentive programs of Microsoft and other partners and ensure the correct allocation
  • You map our products commercially in the isolutions Marketplace and ensure that customers can always book services. You train customers on using the Marketplace and ensure regular checks.
  • You process our customers orders from our online store and train users in how to use it.

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer facing role
  • You are a reliable, detail and solution oriented, have high quality standards and a passion for administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders
  • Preferably you have already worked for IT service providers
  • Native level of German and fluent level of Englis
