Responsibilities and Duties

• Being involved in ticketing management, giving support to user where required.
• Follow up of all daily procedures to monitoring the data integrity and the stability of data acquisition system.
• Interact with third parties support, as site managers, manufacturer support services or O&M contacts to inform or solve the issues appeared on the facilituies
• Participate to daily, weekly and other recursive meeting related to activities scheduling and delivering in sprint according to Agile methodology
• Review and update the procedures and documents related with the system usability and give direct support in training sessions when necessary
• Setup new projects, meet with customers on follow up and information retrieval meetings.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering, or IT Science
• IT Skills: High level of MS Office, Networking understanding, Relational databases (Sql, Postgre, etc) , Rest APIs. Non relational databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDb, etc), is considered a plus
• Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English (C1), Italian and/or Japanese are plus.
• Team working oriented mindset, being proactive and loving the technologies, ready to learn every day something new
• Programming languages python, .net is considered a plus.
• Awareness about main topics related to Renewables is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience during studies in working according to Agile methodology is considered a plus
• Knowledge about SCADAs, distributed communication and renewable energy facilities is considered a plus.
