IT Google Workspace Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT-related projects, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines, and oversee the successful execution of the projects from initiation to closure. These projects will be mainly focused on Google Workspace


• Detect areas that can be improved in order to be more efficient or can benefit the rest of the Fever family and design projects that will achieve those improvements.


• Control and monitor the use and budget of Fever main tools (IT Tools, Adobe, Google projects and other similar tools).


• Provide regular updates to management on IT operations, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.

ABOUT YOU:

• 2/3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, with a focus on project management, and cloud environment management.


• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, experience with other similar environments would be a plus.


• Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.


• You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions


• You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships


• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
