As IT Project Manager, you’ll be at the frontline: orchestrating the end-to-end implementation of transformative ERP and CRM systems, ensuring flawless data integration from both physical retail locations and international e-commerce, and weaving business and tech processes into a high-performance machine. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of ERP and CRM solutions from discovery to go-live, guaranteeing robust integration with existing platforms.
• Manage seamless data flow between e-commerce sites (Shopify, PrestaShop) and physical stores into the ERP, upholding data integrity and reliability.
• Act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clarity, transparency, and results in every interaction.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across Sales, Accounting, Logistics, and more—for tailored, business-driven tech solutions.
• Plan, drive, and deliver on project timelines and milestones; serve as the link pin between internal departments and outside collaborators.
• Document workflows, project tracking, and incident logs; provide project reporting that keeps progress on unmistakable display.
• Champion continuous improvement by spotting and acting on opportunities in every system and digital tool.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, ERP Consultant, or in a similar technology-driven leadership role.
• Proven track record implementing ERP and CRM systems.
• High proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); comfortable engaging with international teams and suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills to untangle and optimize complex business processes.
• Exceptional multitasking and coordination ability—multiple teams, priorities, and tasks managed flawlessly.
• Expert communicator with a results-driven mindset.
• Valuable: practical experience with Odoo.
• Valuable: experience in companies undergoing rapid growth or digital transformation.
