We’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team.

To apply to this internal opportunity, you must Accomplish the following requirements:

  • Be part of Plain Concepts for at least 2 years: this is to ensure the deep understanding of our culture. 
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.

What you’ll do:

• Help attract and engage top talent for our technical teams
• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand our needs
• Drive and improve recruitment processes with a focus on quality and candidate experience
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand, internally and externally
• Be a cultural ambassador—spotting not just skills, but mindset and potential
• Bring fresh ideas to how we approach hiring in a competitive tech landscape
