Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about energy plans, pricing options, and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist customers with account setup, service modifications, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
