IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "I-ReWater"

University of Santiago de Compostela - Campus Terra is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the Interreg project “I-ReWater / Sustainable management of water resources in irrigated agriculture in the SUDOE space", under the Interreg Programme "Interreg SUDOE".

The objective of the Interreg project "I-ReWater" is to improve the management of water resources in agriculture considering environmental aspects.

The volunteer will be carrying out those types of activities.

• Promoting the events;


• Design activities for the events;


• Preparing promotional materials, providing their perspective;


• Assisting event organizers;


• Contacting the young population surrounding the pilot actions, using a language of 'equals';

• Event structuring, event rooms, logistics and promotional materials;


• Development of promotional materials;


• Assisting event organizers throughout the event;


• Development of parallel event where young people can get involved through the activity(ies) proposed by the volunteer.

Other information:

Financial support of: 29,00 euros per day (week-end and holidays included).

Location: Lugo, Spain.

Start and duration: January, for 6 month(s).

Languages*: English (B2), Spanish (B2)

*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.
