In this role, you will provide exceptional service to Japanese-speaking customers, helping them navigate inquiries and issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.
• Deliver personalized support, ensuring all customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain effective communication and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken); English proficiency is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment or with multinational companies.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Ability to handle and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to contribute to team success.
