DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Recruit, onboard, and develop a portfolio of scale partners
Build and manage relationships across systems integrators, MSPs, and consulting partners
Identify, prioritise, and engage partners at scale to drive growth and performance
Support partners in building repeatable cloud and technology practices
Support execution of go-to-market (GTM) and sales motions with partners
Help partners generate pipeline and accelerate deal progression
Contribute to partner-led campaigns, initiatives, and growth programs
Enable partners across multiple technology stacks and vendor solutions
Execute strategies to nurture and develop a large and diverse partner ecosystem
Drive high-visibility initiatives that improve partner performance and customer outcomes
Support onboarding and lifecycle management of partners
Continuously optimise partner engagement models and processes
Use CRM systems and analytical tools to track partner performance and identify opportunities
Establish and monitor key metrics to drive improvements
Conduct deep dives and impact assessments on business-critical initiatives
Provide structured reporting, insights, and recommendations
Work closely with sales, marketing, vendor teams, operations, and leadership
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across regions and business units
Lead or support strategic projects with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances
Experience working with partners, channels, or ecosystems (cloud experience beneficial but not required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Strong ability to build and manage relationships at scale
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions
Excellent organisation, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence across teams and manage cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication skills across different cultures and regions
Fluency in English required
French, Spanish, or Italian strongly preferred
Experience in cloud, SaaS, or technology environments
Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e.g., MSPs, resellers, integrators)
Experience using CRM and analytics tools
Exposure to digital/online or high-tech products/services
Growth and activation of partner portfolio
Increased partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Improved partner onboarding and lifecycle performance
Successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and programs
