At our restaurant, Le Bistro, we serve Mediterranean bistro cuisine, creative cocktails, and carefully curated wines from across Europe. About the Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen. If you love cooking, are passionate about gastronomy, thrive in a social and dynamic environment, and enjoy building something special, this could be your next adventure.

Our kitchen is small and open, so excellent organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential. We value flexibility, humility, creativity, and a sense of humor – and above all, a love for creating memorable food experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Culinary education and solid experience in cooking

• Passion for bistro-style cuisine

• Strong social skills and enjoyment of engaging with regular guests

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar restaurant in a leadership role

• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen economics

• Deep interest in food and beverages

• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong plus
