Revlon / Elizabeth Arden buscan: Jr. Trade Marketing Product Manager

Revlon, grupo global líder en el sector de la cosmética, con marcas reconocidas como Elizabeth Arden, continúa impulsando su negocio en el canal prestige y busca incorporar a un/a Jr. Trade Marketing Product Manager para su equipo de Marketing en Madrid.

Sobre el rol:

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la ejecución del plan de Trade Marketing en todos los puntos de venta (cadenas, perfumerías y canales turísticos), así como del desarrollo de iniciativas orientadas a maximizar el sell-out y el crecimiento del portfolio.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Implementar el plan de Trade Marketing en todos los retailers

• Gestionar el plan de marketing en El Corte Inglés en coordinación con el equipo comercial

• Liderar la estrategia digital en ecommerce de clientes y plataformas sociales

• Apoyar el crecimiento rentable del portfolio junto con el Trade Marketing Manager y el equipo de ventas

• Definir y evaluar actividades de sell-out (servicios de skincare, escuelas de maquillaje, etc.)

• Gestionar CRM (estrategia, base de datos, campañas)

• Participar en el análisis de P&L de clientes y seguimiento de resultados

• Preparar presentaciones de ventas y apoyar acciones comerciales

• Coordinar el forecast y el presupuesto de GWP

Perfil requerido:

• 1–2 años de experiencia en la industria de belleza

• Grado universitario; valorable formación de posgrado (MBA / Marketing)

• Nivel alto de inglés y de español (nivel suficiente para hacer presentaciones)

• Conocimiento de herramientas como Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Nielsen o Kantar

• Perfil analítico, proactivo y con capacidad de adaptación

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación transversal

• Interés por el negocio y entorno dinámico

Se valorará especialmente:

• Experiencia internacional, ya sea a nivel académico o profesional

• Experiencia en Trade Marketing dentro del segmento prestige
