🎯 Mission

Support the Accounting & Tax team by absorbing recurring operational workload and handling non-complex accounting and tax tasks, ensuring accuracy, predictability, and timely delivery. The role is designed to increase team capacity, reduce backlog and errors during peak periods, and allow senior team members to focus on complex matters and process improvements in line with Lexidy’s growth plans for 2026.
 

📌 Accountabilities

• Complete onboarding and become proficient in internal tools, workflows, and quality standards within the first 3–4 weeks.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients/entities with non-complex recurring accounting and tax operations, including monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and operational support for month-end close.
• Prepare drafts and supporting documentation for recurring tax compliance (VAT, withholdings, periodic filings) under supervision, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Execute and track non-recurring client requests that do not require advanced technical expertise, maintaining clear organisation and follow-up.
• Maintain clear, well-documented and traceable files (checklists, supporting documentation, archiving) to facilitate senior review and client transparency.
• Communicate smoothly with international clients in English, managing requests, follow-ups, and clarifications, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Identify and implement 2–3 operational “quick wins” (templates, checklists, standardised request lists or small process improvements) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
   

🤓 You have:

• Accounting and tax knowledge (Spanish VAT, CIT, withholdings, periodic reporting).
• Ability to follow processes and work with checklists and documentation standards.
• Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal). Fluent in Spanish as well (C1/C2)
• Comfort with digital tools and accounting software (Wolters Kluwer - A3, and Quantum Economics).
• A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let’s get the job done!
