Responsibilities

• Lead interactive demos of proprietary software for diverse business lines.
  
• Deliver daily client functional and technical support—ticket management, training, problem -solving.
  
• Produce clear user guides, technical documentation, and video tutorials for a global audience.
  
• Become the go -to technical and functional point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  
• Report bugs in JIRA, document processes in Confluence, and escalate complex issues internally.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with ongoing mentorship from senior experts.
  

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Engineering required—mathematical or logical drive is a must.
  
• 0 -3 years of experience, or recently graduated; a genuine passion for learning and growth.
  
• Affinity for software, with the ability to grasp and explain complex systems.
  
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, C), and Excel macros.
  
• Exceptional communication—fluent in English (B2 -C1) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  
• Experience with bug reporting (JIRA), documentation tools (Confluence), and video creation.
  
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive, autonomous, and client -oriented mindset.
  
• Intelligence, problem -solving, and a positive, bold attitude are non -negotiable.
