ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking for a Junior Corporate Administration Specialist to support the Corporate Administration department on cross-functional company projects at our Bilbao office.

ABOUT YOU


Please don’t hesitate to apply if you have...



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • You have experience supporting SAP implementation and enhancement projects (finance and/or administration) and have participated in projects to improve administrative procedures.

  • You have assisted with internal or external audit tasks and supported the collection, validation, and processing of data for corporate analysis.

  • You have advanced Excel skills and have performed analytical reviews, basic controls, and analysis of financial and administrative information.

  • You have the ability to work in a team and demonstrate technical rigour.

  • You work independently and with an innovative mindset.

  • You have advanced English. A second language, either French or German, would be an advantage.

  • Above all... you are keen to learn within an international company such as IDOM.
