The Opportunity

As a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant, you will join the Cybersecurity team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe. Your mission is to ensure the security design, administration and reliability of all systems that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial OT infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for the design and application of security measures in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive diagnostics to identify vulnerabilities in OT infrastructures and propose the most appropriate solutions.
• Assess potential threats, classifying and prioritizing risks according to the criticality of industrial systems.
• Collaborate in the planning and implementation of technical controls, such as network segmentation, system hardening, and privilege management in industrial environments.
• Participate in the definition and validation of secure architectures, overseeing compliance with authentication and encryption mechanisms.
• Assist with testing of industrial applications and systems, verifying the effectiveness of implemented measures and proposing improvements
• Consulting & client advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them in assessing risks, designing secure architectures, and implementing cybersecurity strategies for industrial environments.
• Continuous improvement: Identify emerging threats, technologies, and methodologies to strengthen service delivery and develop new cybersecurity offerings.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver high-quality, end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed university certificate (e.g., IT Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science).
• Have a high level of B2 English, as some of our projects are international.
• Be a curious person, passionate about cybersecurity, eager to learn and face new challenges.

Nice-to-Have

• Minimum 1 year experience in a consultation role
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
