Kenes Group, one of the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events, is looking for a highly motivated HR Assistant & Office Manager to join its HR team.

This position will fit for a Junior, who has recently completed his/her studies, and eager to learn and put into practice everything learned. (The job is suitable for candidates with no experience or minimal experience)

You will join our Madrid office team, part of an international HR team and an office of around 50 people with multiple nationalities. Proactivity, positive attitude and a big smile are essential in the position.

Responsibilities:

HR Assistant

Together with the area HR Manager you will enter the exciting world of HR. Step by step you will learn and work on all the functions of this field.
-Supporting the recruitment processes
-Hiring & Onboarding
-Welfare – offices events, Happy hours, CSR etc.
-Working with HR Digital tools
-Legal requirements compliance: Risk prevention, mutual, equality plan, …
Office Manager

Responsible for the operation of the Madrid office.
-Office regulations
-Access control
-Office supply, environment, and engagement
-Necessary material and resources
-Reception and shipping
-International visits: hotels, trips, restaurants, agenda
-Support the Spanish Team

Requirements:

Studies specializing in HR (psychology, business administration, law, master’s degree…).
Strong verbal and written English + Spanish skills – MUST
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel,…).
