this occasion, w
e are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources department.

You will work closely with the HR Director, who will guide and support you in your development across all areas of HR. While your main focus will be Talent Acquisition, this position offers the opportunity to grow and learn in a broad, dynamic HR environment.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Create and publish job vacancies.
  • Understand IT profiles and the tech talent market.
  • Manage social networks such as LinkedIn to increase your network and find ideal candidates.
  • Conduct interviews via Teams.
  • Work with ATS systems such as Zoho Recruit.
  • Collaborate in other HR areas such as internal communication, training, events, PRL, GDPR, and more.
  • Support initiatives related to employer branding, including content creation for social media, videos, and internal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology or Labour Relations.
  • Master’s in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment processes, including conducting interviews, writing job vacancies, and evaluating candidates.
  • Experience in an IT recruitment environment will be considered a plus.
  • Strong motivation to grow professionally in HR, with a clear people-oriented mindset and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about different areas of HR beyond recruitment (e.g., internal communication, training, wellbeing).
  • Creative mindset and interest in employer branding, social media, and content creation (videos, posts, campaigns).
  • Residence in Málaga province, as regular attendance at the office will be required.
