What You'll Do:

• Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

• Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and networks

• Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed

• Keep inventory of tech equipment and software licenses

• Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth workflow

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience or education in IT support, systems, or coordination

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and troubleshooting

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Must be currently based in Barcelona with legal authorization to work
