Junior Marketing Assistant

YOUR ROLE:

• We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team in Madrid. You will support the marketing team by performing various marketing-related duties, contributing to digital marketing strategies, and fostering engagement within the local team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the marketing domain.

• Industry Events: Assist in preparing and participating in industry events, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth logistics.
• Online Reputation Management and Social Media: Monitor and flag critical reviews, support online community interactions, and identify potential forums for brand visibility.
• CRM: Support the importation of leads from events or webinars, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Social Media Channels & Platforms: Manage the editorial calendar, collaborate in content production, and ensure quality and correct indexing of audiovisual content.
• Email Communications: Assist in localizing and adapting global content for the Spanish-speaking market and support technical reviews.
• Blog Content Management: Moderate user interaction, identify relevant conversations, and support publishing and formatting of blog articles.
• Translation Services: Assist in the localization and adaptation of global content for the Spanish-speaking market.
• Research: Assist with research on industry topics, events, and identification of potential targets.
• Marketing and SG Finance Coordination: Assist in sending invoices to Finance and updating the Administration marketing costs file.
• Marketing and SG Legal Team Coordination: Assist in crafting agreements and signing annexes with partners and suppliers.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving.
