Junior Project Engineer

• Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities
  
• Assist with project documentation, weekly meeting minutes, and monthly reports.
  
• Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  
• Support procurement, cost estimation, and contractor certifications review.
  
• Participate in site follow -up to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
  
• Contribute to different project phases: feasibility, preparation, execution, and closing.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in roles such as Construction Engineer, Site Engineer, or Process Engineer, preferably within industrial projects
  
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a strong asset
  
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan or Italian is a plus
  
• Valid Category B driving license
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD
  
• Experience in client relationship management
  
• Willingness to work on -site in Barcelona and to travel nationally and internationally (60–80%) depending on project needs
  
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn
