Junior Project Optimization Engineer

Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is hiring for a Junior Project​ Optimization Engineer to join its project in the Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project delivery: Radio network optimization, mainly wireless KPI monitoring based on digital tools
  

• Data analysis: based on optimization knowledge and programming skills, process and analyze data (X million or XX million level)
  

• Digital platform maintenance: after learning digital platform knowledge, take part responsibilities of platform maintenance, to ensure the platform stability
  

• After acquiring basic optimization skills, act as the communication interface between the frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution and solution adaptation.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Entry-level engineer; Fresh graduates or those who have graduated within 1.5 year
  

• Background in science or engineering, telecommunication background is preferred, with strong logical thinking skills
  

• Proactive and eager to learn and grow
  

• Willing and planning to develop a long-term career in this field(wireless optimization and related), with potential career growth opportunities based on skill development and project performance.
  

• Ability to use programming languages (e.g., Python) for data processing is a plus
  

• Chinese is a must, being able to describe professional needs in Chinese
  

• English and Spanish fluent
