About the Position




This position is ideal for a recent graduate from university (with a bachelor's in business and/or Marketing) with no or very little previous sales experience seeking an ENTRY LEVEL opportunity at an international property technology Company to start a career in ‘sales’. Extensive on the job training, mentoring and coaching will be provided.  


 


The Junior Sales Executive (French Native) HYBRID work model from BARCELONA, SPAIN - will primarily be responsible to grow the current existing French property portfolio by converting ‘new qualified sales leads’ into actual ‘new sales’ but at the same time achieve an excellent ‘conversion rate’ (news sales leads ‘provided’ vs new sales leads ‘closed’). The position will oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. The Junior Sales Executive will also be responsible to form constructive long term business relationships with landlords that will ensure the retention of current business as well as acquiring of new business. The position reports directly to the ‘Head of Sales’.


 


Duties & Responsibilities





  • Grow the existing property portfolio for the French market by acquiring new properties and in doing so meeting and/or exceeding the growth targets;

  • Meet and or exceed the required ‘new property conversation rate’ - sales leads provided vs sales leads converted to new property deals;

  • Attend to all sales appointments booked by potential Landlords;

  • Manage a high volume of ‘incoming emails’ and ‘sales calls’ by ensuring all emails are attended to and all required calls are taken;

  • Create precise and competitive ‘property estimates quotes’ for potential Landlords that will be conducive for acquiring new properties;

  • Ensure all ‘service contracts’ are compiled professionally and sent to Landlords timeously;

  • Keep ‘Pipedrive’ updated will all required information;


 


Qualifications & Work Experience 





  • Tertiary qualification in ‘Business or Marketing’;

  • Advanced level of competency in French (C1 or C2);

  • Intermediate level of competency in English (B1 or B2);

  • Highly motivated, attentive to details, self-starter, and excellent listening skills;

  • Embracing a culture of ‘learning’ and the ability to ‘learn’ quickly; 

  • Can work independently without having to be managed and/or supervised;

  • Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and unwavering determination.

  • Thrives under pressure


 


Working Days/ Hours





  • Monday to Friday

  • 09:00 to 18:00 (Paris Time, France)
