Junior Technical Support Advisor Native German Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex cases and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow standard processes to ensure consistent quality in service.

Qualifications:

• Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and patiently.
• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
