YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE BY:

  • Developing and executing omnichannel customer strategies, ensuring proper implementation and follow‑up

  • Preparing client meetings, managing follow‑ups, and driving the achievement of agreed objectives

  • Supporting the definition of customer plans

  • Ensuring flawless execution of those plans by leading and coordinating with Planning, Customer Service, Customer Finance, Trade, and other key stakeholders

  • Monitoring daily sales performance and stock levels

  • Analyzing financial and market data to identify opportunities and risks

  • Collaborating closely with the international team

  • Managing end‑to‑end operations for part of the customer portfolio

  • Overseeing assortment management

  • Managing promotional activities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within Go‑To‑Market environments

  • A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact at different levels of the organization, and strong customer empathy

  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with market and performance data

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint
