We are looking for a Key Account Care Technician.

What will your challenges be?

• Manage completely the operational aspects to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process for Key accounts and affiliates that might require support


• Lead and oversee Key Account claim resolution, ensuring Contact center is able to resolve all claims


• Monitor performance of order-to-cash operations with Key Accounts


• Collaborate with ISDIN internal teams to ensure excellent operational and commercial processes 


• Conduct training for Key Account Care colleagues in subsidiaries
  
   

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University Degree or Higher Education Diploma


• Experience: Customer Service Back Office or Supply Chain area


• IT: Advanced level in Excel, SAP, CRM
