Your Role

As Key Account Lead, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

• Manage key accounts and build strong partnerships by acting as the primary point of contact for major clients’ head offices


• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders


• Lead the transition to new packaging solutions by coordinating trials, validations, and product launches


• Act as the central liaison between internal teams (technical, operations, quality) and the client


• Ensure rigorous planning and close tracking of projects (SKU creation, orders, deliveries, timelines)


• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure clear, proactive, and transparent communication


• Identify and resolve issues (quality, logistics, production) while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Key Account Lead if you have:

• Experience in key account management within a manufacturing or technical environment


• Ability to coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships


• High level of rigor, organization, and strong ability to plan and manage priorities


• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges


• Proficiency with tools such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite


• Experience in the pulp and paper or corrugated industry (an asset)


• Full professional proficiency in both French and English to collaborate effectively with teams and partners across Canada and the United States


• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within Ontario to visit clients
