#### Role Overview\n\n \n\nThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field\u2011based commercial role responsible for strategically driving the commercial objectives of selected Alnylam products within an assigned territory in Spain. The role has a strong focus on developing and executing territory\u2011specific key account plans, in close cross\u2011functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other field\u2011based colleagues, to support optimized patient identification, referral, and care pathways.\n\n \n\nThe KAM builds trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, ensures consistent and compliant execution of country strategy, and acts as a local ambassador for Alnylam\u2019s RNAi platform, always operating in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.\n\n \n\n#### Key Responsibilities\n\n \n\n * Presents a positive image of the company and develop awareness about RNAi platform to relevant customer groups.\n * Develop and execute territory\u2011specific strategic account plans aligned with overall product and country strategy.\n * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision\u2011makers. \n * Drive product adoption and market penetration through consistent, high\u2011quality engagement and communication. \n * Analyze territory dynamics to identify and develop relevant centers for diagnosis and treatment.\n * Support patient identification, diagnosis, and referral pathways through effective network management. \n * Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to ensure coordinated execution.\n * Organize and support local meetings, educational initiatives, and events in partnership with internal teams. \n * Represent Alnylam at local and national meetings, congresses, and professional events.\n * Ensure accurate, timely reporting and maintain high\u2011quality CRM data.\n * Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry codes, and local laws and regulations. \n\n\n\n#### \n\n#### Required Qualifications\n\n \n\n * University degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, health, business, or equivalent experience).\n * Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in specialty care sales and/or Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. \n * Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and add value within complex healthcare environments.\n * Proven ability to build long\u2011term, trust\u2011based relationships with healthcare professionals.\n * Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder\u2011management skills. \n * Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n * Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (including overnight travel); valid driver\u2019s license required. \n * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.\n\n\n\nAbout Alnylam: Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ALNY) has led the translation of RNA interference (RNAi) into a whole new class of innovative medicines with the potential to transform the lives of people afflicted with rare and more prevalent diseases.
