We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial Paediatric Oncology Iberia and be a member of the Commercial team.

The core responsibility of the KAM is to identify opportunities, build high-quality engagement with stakeholders, and facilitate the implementation of tailored solutions to accelerate patient access. The role requires deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and medical institutions to support the successful launch and sustainable uptake of Norgine’s paediatric oncology portfolio. This will be a permanent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Strategic Account Planning

  • Develop and implement robust account plans based on data analysis, local insights, and strategic goals.
  • Design specific access strategies for each priority account, with clear performance metrics and adaptation to local healthcare structures.
  • Integrate cross-functional input (e.g. Medical, Market Access, Marketing) into account-level activities to ensure alignment and synergy.

Driving Access and Adoption

  • Execute launch plans and ensure timely uptake of new therapies through education, engagement and collaboration with key decision-makers (e.g. paediatric oncologists).
  • Identify and remove barriers to access; proactively support HCPs in integrating therapies into local pathways and formularies.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Monitor trends in paediatric oncology and report insights back to internal stakeholders.
  • Assess market dynamics, unmet needs, and local competition to inform strategy.

Budget Management & ROI Optimisation

  • Independently manage the allocated territory budget and prioritise activities to maximise ROI.

Compliance and Ethical Behaviour

  • Adhere strictly to local legal, regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Represent Norgine with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics or a related field.
  • Proven solid experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Customer Manager, or similar field  role within oncology or rare diseases.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high clinical impact drugs. This includes, biological therapies, treatments for rare diseases, gene therapies, CAR-T cell therapies, and personalized medicine drugs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Skills and Competencies

  • Customer-centric mindset: Ability to engage deeply with HCPs and understand patient pathways and institutional goals.
  • Strategic & analytical thinking: Comfortable working with complex data to inform commercial strategies.
  • Autonomy & collaboration: Works independently while integrating cross-functional inputs and aligning with internal goals.
  • High level of scientific rigor: Demonstrates strong scientific discipline and the ability to rapidly absorb and apply complex clinical and technical knowledge in dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel. Will cover 50% of the Spanish territory and approximately 25 key accounts.
