As Land Manager at TURN2X, you drive the rapid expansion of our projects by securing land parcels at scale.

Identify and secure prime land parcels within target regions and size, ensuring strategic alignment with project needs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential sites, fostering strong relationships with landowners.
Develop and streamline efficient and scalable acquisition processes to optimize land procurement strategies and drive cost-effective acquisitions.

Extensive experience in land acquisition for renewable projects, with deep market knowledge and the ability to navigate complex negotiations for win-win outcomes.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely land deals.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel as required to secure key land opportunities.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with Madrid as the preferred job location.
Bonus: A track record of executing tasks at exceptional speed, fast learner with strong adaptability, and German language skills.
