• Base Salary: 27,000 per year

• Bonus: Up to 5,400 gross/year

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Development professional to join HPE in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

• Track and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (mandatory).

• Proven experience in lead development, sales, or business development.

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
