Lead Expert D&T Customer & Consumer Insights

Lead end-to-end insight digital projects across trends, signals, product testing, and consumer behavior. Ensure high standards of data quality and consistency. Partner closely with our Development Teams, Data & AI teams, and Engineering units to enhance and scale digital insight products. Play a leading role in shaping the product backlog, defining and refining user stories, and coordinating user testing cycles. Translate user needs and business challenges into actionable feature requirements. Support delivery teams with clear acceptance criteria, prioritization input, and continuous feedback loops. Collaborate with stakeholders across our Business Unit's Marketing, Creation, CI and Commercial teams. Facilitate alignment meetings, run demos, and communicate insights or product updates clearly and persuasively. Experience with data visualization and storytelling (Power BI, or similar). Experience working with custom development and AI. Ability to translate user needs into product requirements and feature ideas. Ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
