Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Job Title: Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Location: Barcelona, Spain As a Lead Expert D&T Manufacturing Execution System, you will be accountable for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of MES (Manufacturing Executed System) solutions tailored to the needs of (mainly) cosmetics & food manufacturing facilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of the solution's capabilities, along with a proven history of technically coordinating initiatives that span 6-12 months in parallel. Your key responsibilities Lead the MES technology guideline based on the selected product capabilities (Siemens Opcenter Process) . Developing and implementing domain goals (function blocks) aligned with the respective project scope. Ensuring processes to track progress towards technical implementation and effectively communicating feature implementations to future users. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to manufacturing area and software development. Ability to implement scoping definition and to organize tasks / activities into a logical sequence. Ability to manage external contributors and assess quality of work Ability to manage and oversee the performance of internal and remote IS (Information Systems) resources Ability to develop his/her and team skillset to support the solution within the enterprise.
