Lead Specialist CX (French)

Take the lead and ownership on planning and customer care activities for one of our Strategic Accounts Performs daily production schedules in line with the batch size and inventory policies Keeps service levels and inventory in alignment with the company's targets Efficiently processes Order-to-Cash activities from order entry through order confirmation till delivery at customer site Acts as a single point of contact for all inquiries related to service and supply chain Builds customer intimacy by continuously capturing relevant information on customers' business, organization, processes, and constraints Monitors relevant indicators that measure the level of service and propose related action plans for service improvements We value: 3-5 years related experience with Planning and/or Customer Care Detailed oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment Excellent computer skills in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and the ability to quickly learn new software/ERP packages, knowledge of SAP environment is a plus Familiar with working in an industrial (ideally in Flavors & Fragrances) environment Fluent in English and French (Mandatory)
