This is a 12‑month parental leave cover where you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising Healius’ national commercial property portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help deliver cost‑effective, compliant and strategically aligned leasing outcomes that support our healthcare services across Australia. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
About Us
Healius has an expansive network of over 80 medical laboratories and 2,000 patient collection centres operating across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. We provide 1 in every 3 pathology services in Australia, extending from exclusively servicing some of Australia’s largest and most complex private and public hospitals, to small Indigenous Australian communities.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic management of commercial leases across Healius’ property portfolio, supporting business performance through cost optimisation, risk mitigation and informed property advice.
