Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Advice on Regulatory Compliance in accordance with the area of business activity
• Drafting and review of contracts
• Answer to the lawsuits against the company
• Response to regulatory bodies and business units of the company, preparation of the necessary documentation and preparation of the different reports that will be validated by the Legal Department
• Study and analysis of the different legal problems of the company
• Supervision and updating of internal procedures
• Periodically review the updating of the company's compliance action procedures and protocols
• Respond to the exercise of rights and claims by debtors, as well as respond to confirmation requests from credit information systems

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• Law degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience or training in data protection
• Experience or training in compliance
• Desirable high level of English
• Attention to detail
• Organization
• Time management
• Good writing skills
