As Legal Counsel, you will primarily focus on supporting our LATAM markets, dealing with a range of legal matters, including compliance with local regulations, advising on market-specific legal risks, and collaborating with regional teams to support our business operations and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international corporate law, a comprehensive understanding of the fintech industry, and fluency in English and Ukrainian (or russian). Proficiency in Spanish will be considered a strong advantage.

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership documents.
Oversee corporate governance documentation and filings.
Provide legal guidance to internal teams on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
Support the company’s cross-border activities and international expansion initiatives, with a primary focus on LATAM markets.
Advise on licensing, data protection, and other fintech-specific regulatory matters.
Monitor legal trends within the fintech industry and assess their impact on the business.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian (or Russian).
Strong knowledge of international corporate law.
Familiarity with the fintech industry.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:
Proficiency in Spanish.
Experience with multinational companies or cross-border operations in LATAM.
