Lifecycle Strategy Manager


Super is growing fast — expanding into new markets, launching innovative technologies, and working towards a bold vision: to excite the world. As we scale, our Customer Value Management team plays a crucial role in deepening customer engagement and driving lifetime value. We’re now looking for a strategic, analytical Lifecycle Strategy Manager to help lead this mission.


Job Summary


Reporting into the Head of Customer Value Management, you’ll be responsible for improving business outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will deliver cross-functional initiatives that enhance how we retain, cross-sell, and upsell our customers.


The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who takes initiative on assigned tasks. They will be able to analyse large datasets using SQL and combine those insights with strong commercial acumen to inform strategic decisions. They will understand the customer lifecycle and the key drivers of customer lifetime value.


This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an analytical background who’s looking to step into a more commercially focused, strategic role.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets using SQL and BI tools.

  • Partner with Product, CRM, Data, and Commercial teams to drive retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.

  • Analyse customer data and qualitative insights to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Understand and improve key customer journeys.

  • Understand local customer and business needs in each market Superbet operates in.

  • Develop data-driven business cases to support initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Conduct A/B testing to measure and optimize the impact of CVM campaigns on key performance metrics.

  • Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of lifecycle initiatives across markets.

  • Monitor competitor lifecycle and retention strategies to identify trends, gaps, and areas for differentiation.

  • Build CVM expertise to become a key partner to commercial teams in growing their P&Ls, with support to develop into this responsibility over time.


What we are looking for



  • 3+ years of experience in a digital B2C environment.

  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases.

  • Experience using analytics or BI tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel) to build dashboards and reports .

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.

  • Experience managing or coordinating internal stakeholders.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle within a digital environment.

  • Interest in the sports betting & gaming industry.
