Logistics & Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized logistics and customer support specialist to manage and oversee the handling of physical and digital samples, currently focused on Spain and Portugal, with shipments primarily directed to Germany. This role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination of sample logistics, marketing materials, and event support for the commercial team, while also preparing to scale operations as sample logistics expand to include other countries shipping to Valencia in the near future.

· Oversee end-to-end logistics of physical and digital sample management for Spain and Portugal.
· Coordinate shipments of samples to international destinations, particularly Rostock, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
· Manage the preparation, inventory, and shipping of materials for congresses, including brochures, promotional items, and other marketing collateral.
· Support the sales team by ensuring they are equipped with the necessary materials and merchandising in a timely manner.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments and sample inventory, and liaise with relevant departments for efficient tracking and reporting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for the expansion of logistical support to other countries sending samples to Valencia.
· Continuously optimize logistics processes for improved speed, cost-efficiency, and service quality.
