We are currently seeking a highly strategic and experienced Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in developing innovative programs and solutions to improve stock management and drive down stock loss across the business.
Reporting to senior leadership, the Loss Prevention Program Manager leads a team of 3 Loss Prevention Partners to design and implement proactive systems, tools, and programs to identify and mitigate stock loss. You and your team will play a significant role in our overarching loss strategy, ensuring we continue to deliver a world-class shrinkage result.
By partnering with operations teams, cross-functional departments, and industry peers, you will champion evolving best practices and implement cutting-edge solutions across systems, technology, equipment, and processes.
