marketing and technology product development and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.Will take a global perspective on market opportunities and lead in the assessment and prioritization of products applications and market segments. Take the ownership of the customer interface making sure that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet customer needs and satisfaction, and matching strategic sales objectives.You'll lead and guide the sales team, set sales targets, and oversee the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability, and achievement of company goals and objectives.- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth. Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company's growth objectives.- Identifying key customers that are perceptive to the benefits of the company's proprietary technology platforms and feasible to materialize into business opportunities.- Generate sales leads and convert these into business development projects to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Create and maintain strong, trustful and close relationships with new or existing customers, providing them with MAT technology solutions. You need to be a proactive salesperson. Hunting and farming.- Setting sales targets and budgets. Managing budgets and resources related to sales activities.- Lead the marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a special hammer on cost-effective customer acquisition and market demand generation.- Be the business owner for some technical projects or development according to market or customer needs, collaborating with project managers and product developers.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Excellent English is a must.Bachelor on Business Administration, Marketing or similar.+10 years of previous experience as a Sales leader for high-performing teams.A history of growing sales, margin, and market shareExperience managing long-term B2B sales processes for technology products/platforms
