M&A JUNIOR ANALYST

An important international advisory firm is looking to strengthen its M&A team by hiring a Junior Analyst with native French proficiency at its Bilbao office.

What will be your responsibilities?

1. Generate all necessary documentation related to ongoing processes.
2. Execute the process strategy defined by the Dealmaker.
3. Perform detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable transactions, and multiples.
4. Conduct market analysis, competitive positioning, and the search for potential new investors for the processes.
5. Participate in project coordination, including direct interaction with investors or sellers, alongside the Dealmaker.
