Descripción del trabajo - Manager HR Culture and Leadership

Culture Strategy & Transformation - Co design and deliver culture initiatives that bring our purpose, values, and leadership behaviors to life across all regions. Leadership Development & Capability Building - Co develop leadership programs, embed the Leadership Framework, and partner with Talent & Performance on capability-building experiences. Leadership Communities & Gatherings - Support global leadership offsites, communities, and engagement platforms to strengthen alignment and shared purpose. Employee Experience & Engagement - Shape a consistent, inclusive employee experience focused on belonging, wellbeing, collaboration, and continuous feedback. Change & Communication - Bring culture to life through storytelling, clear narratives, and collaborative activation with Internal Communications and regional HR. Data, Measurement & Insights - Track cultural, leadership, and engagement KPIs; translate insights into practical actions and targeted interventions for leaders.
