We are looking for a committed personality with organizational talent and a passion for marketing who wants to actively help shape our vision of modern healthcare marketing in ophthalmology. In this versatile position, you will take on responsibility, work independently on projects and be the central point of contact for internal and external partners, from design briefing to implementation at the point of sale.
Join our team as Manager Marketing (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Project management:Independentlycoordinateourmarketingactivities at ourexistinglocations.
Interface with partners:Collaborate closely with the internal design, performance and web departments as well as external advertising agencies. Maintain partnerships in the health and lifestyle sectors and oversee content and coordination of website updates with the web department. You will work empathetically, diplomatically, and solution-oriented with doctors and medical staff.
Brand development: Be responsible for implementing the brand strategy. Creation, ordering and distribution of marketing materials (in print and digital) are part of your area of responsibility.
Budgeting:Develop the budget proposals together with the Spanish team and the central Sanoptis marketing for our clinics in Spain.
Social Media Management, Google Ads & SEO:Plan content, manage editorial tasks, handle community management, and coordinate it with the Sanoptis in-house performance team and external agencies - including reporting.
Coordination of OOH advertising: Coordinate posters, city lights, screens and other OOH advertising media.
Event management: Organize and plan events - from grand openings and patient events to professional conferences.
A degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent training.
Solid professional experience in marketing or project management – ideally in the healthcare sector.
Are highlyself-motivated, well-organized, andd enjoy working independently with a hands-on mentatlity and a good eye for design.
Experience incollaborating with agencies, creatives, and internal stakeholders, and demonstrate strong diplomacy and communication skills in interactions with doctors and teams.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, Google Ads& SEO.
The willingness to travel - in order to build close relationships to our partners and understand the local differences, we expect you to frequently visit our clinics throughout Spain.
Strong Spanishlanguageskills at Level C1 at least.
