About the Role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and commercially driven New Markets Launcher to help us expand across new European markets.

You will be our first commercial presence in new geographies — hunting opportunities, validating product-market fit, and building the relationships that shape where we invest next.

You will own the full commercial cycle for international accounts while working closely with product, tech, and operations to ensure we adapt fast.If you thrive on building from scratch, are energised by ambiguity, and know how to turn it into structured results, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Sales & Relationships

  • Scout and assess new markets across Europe - identify, prospect, and acquire new strategic accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder deals
  • Conduct tailored presentations and product demos for enterprise prospects
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Customer Success to support deal closing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM

Market Intelligence

  • Be Frekuent's eyes and ears on the ground: gather competitive intelligence, spot trends, and identify where our product resonates
  • Share structured market feedback with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to inform where we double down
  • Help define the go-to-market approach for each new geography based on what you learn

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in high-velocity environments (startups, top consulting firms, tech/fintech companies, etc.).
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or unattended retail.
  • Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets is required.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to source leads, negotiate, and close strategic deals.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision maker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid project management skills and cross-team coordination experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, other European languages (e.g.German, French, etc.) are a strong plus
