• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth;
• Lead data-driven campaigns and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities;
• Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users;
• Collaborate closely with the ES Marketing Lead and other regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, operations, or community relations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry;
• Proven experience launching and managing community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an affiliate program, managing events, managing social media platforms);
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends;
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment;
• Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under tight daily deadlines;
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
