Marketing Engineer

Location: Madrid — Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with both technical and business teams to make great ideas happen. In this role, you’ll help manage projects that involve people from marketing, design, engineering, and data. Your job will be to connect the dots, solve problems, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

• Work on projects that bring together different teams across the company.


• Turn business needs into clear technical tasks.


• Use Python and git to collaborate with engineers.


• Help improve processes by using data and solving problems.


• Explain technical topics in a simple way to people from non-technical teams.


• Help build products that make daily work easier for everyone.

About You

• You have a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.


• You enjoy solving problems and working with others.


• You can write code in Python, SQL and use git.


• You like working with both technical and non-technical teams.


• You can explain ideas clearly in English.


• You’re eager to learn and grow in a tech environment.


• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical role (such as data, software, or product engineering).
