What You’ll Do

• Drive financial reporting and analysis like a boss—guiding budget owners, project leads, and executive teams with clarity and accuracy.
• Be the heartbeat of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings—ensuring compliance, precision, and transparency.
• Craft forecasting models that are as agile as our flight systems—adapting to rapid growth and shifting priorities.
• Work hand-in-hand with operations to control costs, identify inefficiencies, and make smart, impactful decisions.
• Partner with R&D and production teams to track project economics and support investment decisions.
• Manage and improve internal controls that keep our fast-moving operations solid and audit-ready.
• Be a catalyst for digital transformation in finance—automating, optimizing, and disrupting traditional processes
  Interface with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Need

-Solid experience in financial controlling, ideally 5 to 8 years, in a tech-heavy or industrial environment
-Fluency in accounting standards and financial planning tools (ERP systems, Excel wizards welcome)
-Proven track record in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control in a project-based business
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data and extract meaningful, actionable insights
-Comfortable operating in an international environment—experience with IFRS or multi-entity structures is a plus
-A finance, accounting, or economics degree (CMA, CPA or similar certification is a bonus)
-A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions and lead change
