What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1
  year of experience in a Luxury Hotel or Resort Environment in a similar
  role, delivering memorable guest experiences.
  
• High School
  Diploma or equivalent Qualification, with a preference for additional
  certifications or training in Vocational Training in Hospitality.
  
• Computer
  literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an
  exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera, Micros or similar
  PMS/POS systems.
  
• A Meticulous Eye
  for Detail, ensuring every aspect of Billing and Inventory is perfectly
  curated.
  
• Robust
  Organisational and Multi-Tasking skills to efficiently and accurately manage
  multiple orders and prioritise tasks effectively.
  
• Comfortable with Physical Tasks,
  including frequent Walking, Lifting and Bending, to Support Seamless Daily
  Operations with Energy and Precision.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both Verbal and
  Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish (Additional Languages are a Plus).
  
• Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including
  any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by
  a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Replenishes Minibar Items in all Occupied Rooms daily, ensuring Every
  Offering is Fresh, Complete and Presented to the Highest Standard.
  
• Checks Departed Rooms for consumption, updating Inventory and ensuring
  Accurate Room Turnover Readiness.
  
• Responds Swiftly to Guest Requests Related to Minibar Services,
  delivering a Personalised and Seamless Experience.
  
• Ensures all Minibar Products are Organised and Stored Hygienically, in
  line with Destino Five Ibiza’s Impeccable Standards of Presentation and
  Cleanliness.
  
• Maintains Cleanliness and Sanitisation across all Minibars and Work
  Areas, reflecting our commitment to Vibrant, Hygienic and Guest-Ready
  Environments.
  
• Adheres Rigorously to Food Safety and HACCP Guidelines, ensuring Full
  Compliance with Health Protocols.
  
• Follows Local Regulations on Alcohol and Food Storage, upholding Legal
  and Brand Standards within all Guestrooms.
  
• Monitors Stock Levels across all Minibar items, submitting Timely
  Requisitions and Ensuring Consistent Supply from the stores.
  
• Conducts Daily Inventory Checks, reconciling physical counts against
  system data with Accuracy and Precision.
  
• Implements First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Stock Rotation, upholding Product
  Freshness and minimising Waste.
  
• Identifies and Reports any Discrepancies, Breakages or Expired
  Items to the Food and Beverage Controller for timely resolution.
  
• Accurately Records all Consumed Items in the POS or PMS System, ensuring
  Transparency and Real-Time Reporting.
  
• Ensures Minibar charges are posted to Guest Accounts without delay,
  supporting Efficient Billing and Checkout Processes.
  
• Investigates unusual consumption patterns, flagging Potential
  Irregularities or Losses to the relevant Department.
  
• Reports Technical Issues promptly, including Faulty Fridges or Locking
  Mechanisms, to ensure Uninterrupted Guest Comfort.
