The successful candidate will provide leadership for the crossfunctional management of information and technology across the IoT Platform Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, a related field, or Ten or more years of experience in Engineering or Operational functions. A minimum of 5 years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting,and leading talent. Strong talent management skills including talent development, coaching, mentoring, and team motivation, for geographically distributed teams. Strong leadership capability with proven track record of successful crossteams development and working effectively with all organizational levels Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships at all levels of the organization.
