Multiclient People Profile/IT Support

Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting  Multiclient People Profile/IT Support  to join their project in Spain.

Responsibilities: 

• Good command on MS Windows and MS office

• Experience in Incident management in operation center

• Working knowledge of OBM monitoring tool

• Good communication skills

• Receiving and issuing calls

• Managing the 3 mailboxes

• Administrative management of incidents with Severity

• Creating and sending openings/updates/resolved communications with severity

• Relationship with the call control center

• Requirements to the AO team

• Multiconferences

• Management of CRQs for external groups

• Monitoring of the OBM

• Notifications to the AO on duty

Requirements:

• Spanish native with  basic english secondary 

• Hybrid mode of working (Remote + Office both)

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts,  including night shift  and weekend/holiday working as per shift roster

• Experience working with Telcom will be preferred
